2. Website hosting with IONOS

The existing hosting service with IONOS is intended for public operation. The provider is IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. Connection data such as your IP address is processed to deliver the pages. Technical access data supports reliable provision and security of the service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

For its Webhosting product, IONOS lists requested files, referrers, browsers, operating systems, device types, access times and anonymised IP addresses as log data, with a retention period of eight weeks. IONOS also describes WebAnalytics for statistical analysis. The services active under the specific hosting contract will be checked before publication. 3. Contact by email or telephone

If you contact me, I process your contact details and the information you provide to handle your enquiry. For enquiries about a commission, this is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for other enquiries, it is based on the legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Email correspondence is handled through the provider of the WEB.DE mailbox.

Enquiry data is deleted once processing is complete, unless statutory retention obligations or retention necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require otherwise. Providing information is voluntary; however, handling an enquiry may not be possible without sufficient contact and project information. This website does not use a contact form.

4. YouTube videos

The gallery contains YouTube videos. A connection to Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland is established only when you select “Load YouTube video”. In particular, your IP address, device information and the page visited may be transmitted. Google may also process data in the United States and store or access information on your device. If you are signed in to a Google account, this information may be associated with your account.

Videos are loaded on the basis of your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where device information is stored or accessed, Section 25(1) TDDDG. Selecting “Disable video” stops the embedding for the future. Processing that has already taken place remains unaffected. Your choice is not stored permanently. Information about retention periods, international processing and safeguards is available in Google’s privacy policy.

5. Cookies and other services

The website itself does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not load external fonts. No maps, newsletter sign-ups or additional analytics scripts are integrated. The hosting functions described above and YouTube content loaded after your consent are separate from this. External links connect to the respective destination only when clicked.

6. Your rights

Subject to the statutory conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability (Articles 15–20 GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Where processing is based on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation (Article 21 GDPR); you may object to direct marketing at any time.

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, particularly in your place of residence, place of work or the place of the suspected infringement. In Saxony, this is the Saxon Data Protection and Transparency Commissioner. This website does not use automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
